Regional Manager – Early Years Location: London Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Reports to: Head of Early Years Are you an experienced early years leader ready to take the next step in your career? My client, a highly respected and forward-thinking early years provider, is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee and elevate performance across a group of nurseries in the London area. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape outcomes at a strategic level while remaining connected to the heart of early years practice. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Quality Provide clear oversight and direction across multiple settings * Champion outstanding pedagogy and ensure consistently high standards in learning environments * Carry out regular quality audits and support teams with compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement * Ensure each nursery in your region is striving for — and achieving — excellence Team Development * Lead, mentor, and grow strong Nursery Management teams * Identify training needs and work closely with L&D to support career progression * Support performance management, succession planning, and staff wellbeing Parental & Community Engagement * Foster strong, lasting relationships with families * Collaborate with marketing and admissions to support occupancy and brand presence * Act as a positive, professional ambassador for your region Commercial & Operational Oversight * Monitor KPIs and financial performance, supporting each nursery to meet occupancy and budget targets * Partner with support functions to improve operational efficiency * Use data dashboards and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities 🔹 What We’re Looking For * Proven leadership experience within early years or education * Strong track record managing multiple sites or large nursery settings * Deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and quality frameworks * Commercial awareness with a passion for driving performance through people * A confident communicator who can inspire teams, lead change, and build lasting partnerships This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation that places children, families, and educators at the centre of everything they do.
