Key Duties and Responsibilities of Candidate Manager / Recruitment Resourcer: Source candidates directly and proactively. Conduct telephone and video screening interviews to understand candidate requirements, assess their abilities and motivations. Build and nurture internal and external relationships. Utilise job boards, social media platforms and internal system to accurately track applications through to completion. Create and adapt job adverts to align to your client's requirements. Account manage all existing clients by providing exceptional service.
