Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of HR Services to lead a high-performing team delivering outsourced HR support to a wide range of UK businesses. This strategic leadership role will focus on shaping the vision for the HR function, enhancing service quality, and driving commercial growth. The successful candidate will lead a talented team, oversee operational delivery, and work closely with senior stakeholders to expand the client base and improve efficiency through smart use of technology and data. We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, someone who can build strong client relationships, mentor HR professionals, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
