Salesperson Leicester £35,000 - £37,000 per annum DOE + Bonus Scheme 08:00am – 17:00pm Permanent Role Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Salesperson for a manufacturing business due to continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Role responsibilities – For the role of Salesperson, you will proactively follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales orders. Work closely with the estimating team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan. You will cultivate relationships with existing, past, and potential customers for the role of Salesperson. Drive business growth by enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless product/service delivery for the role of Salesperson. You will address client concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Confidently present offerings as the best-fit solution for customers' needs in quality, pricing, and delivery. Role requirements – Proven experience in an industrial sales office or account management role. Background in engineering, manufacturing, or sheet metal is a strong advantage. For the Salesperson role, you will have a strong technical knowledge. Results-driven with a solid grasp of the full sales process. Professional, courteous, and committed to honest communication. Embraces innovation and change with a forward-thinking mindset. You will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for the role of Salesperson.
