Customer Solutions Consultant – SaaS / Data / Onboarding – London (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Are you the kind of person who gets a buzz from turning complexity into clarity – the one who joins a messy customer onboarding process and just makes it work? They’ve scaled rapidly over the past year and are now looking for someone to take full ownership of customer onboarding and implementation - making sure new clients see value quickly and stay long term. They’re hiring a Customer Solutions Consultant - part technical problem-solver, part customer champion – to bridge the gap between product, sales, and engineering. You’ll handle both presales support and post-sales delivery, owning the journey from “just signed” to “fully live", helping throughout the onboarding process. What you’ll be doing * Owning the full customer onboarding and implementation process * Working directly with client technical teams to integrate and activate their data * Troubleshooting data ingestion, compatibility, and configuration issues * Tracking progress and maintaining close communication through the first month’s post-sale * Joining late-stage sales calls to clarify technical requirements and build delivery plans * Acting as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering – escalating only where truly needed * Creating implementation frameworks and documentation to scale onboarding across future clients * Continuously improving time-to-value and overall customer experience What they’re looking for * Experience in Solutions, Implementation, or Technical Customer Support roles within SaaS or data-led environments * Confident working with data - Excel proficiency essential; SQL or Python familiarity a big plus * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proven track record of taking ownership, driving progress, and getting things live * Comfortable working across presales and post-sales - commercial awareness meets delivery focus * Thrives in a startup or scale-up setting: self-driven, hands-on, and proactive * Bonus: experience with analytics platforms, technical onboarding, or process design Why join * Join a mission-driven tech-for-good startup during a huge growth phase * Build the implementation function from the ground up - real ownership and visibility * Early-stage equity * Collaborative, high-energy culture with genuine accountability and autonomy
