About the role
As a department supervisor, you will support the team by taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the department. You'll help lead, develop, and motivate, while ensuring the department runs smoothly and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Seasonal planning and merchandising
Delivering sales targets and meeting KPI's
Supporting the wider team day-to-day
Providing advice to customers and setting high service standards
Maintaining standards through creative and attractive merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution
The ideal candidate
Supervisory experience in a retail environment
Experience merchandising and creating appealing displays
Hands-on and a proactive attitude
A passion for customer service
