TeacherActive are recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a wonderful partner school in Newcastle Emlyn.

⚠️ Successful candidates will need to be adaptable, reliable, and confident supporting pupils in a variety of classroom environments.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable

Previous experience working with children or young people is essential

❤️ Experience supporting pupils with ALN is desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
