About the Role

This is a senior leadership role for a highly experienced and licensed Naturopathic Doctor passionate about empowering individuals through natural and holistic health approaches. You will be responsible for guiding the clinic's wellness strategies, providing expert remote consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and potentially mentoring other practitioners. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of holistic wellness strategies and protocols for the online clinic.
• Conduct comprehensive remote consultations with patients, assessing their health status and identifying root causes of illness.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based naturopathic treatment plans integrating nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle changes, and other modalities.
• Provide expert guidance and support to patients throughout their wellness journey.
• Stay at the forefront of research in naturopathic and functional medicine, incorporating new findings into practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (remotely) to ensure integrated patient care.
• Create and deliver educational content (webinars, articles, workshops) on various health and wellness topics.
• Potentially mentor and guide junior naturopathic doctors or wellness coaches.
• Oversee the quality and efficacy of services provided by the clinic.
• Contribute to marketing and business development efforts by sharing expertise and insights.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice Naturopathic Medicine in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience as a practicing Naturopathic Doctor.
• Demonstrated expertise in functional medicine, nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle counseling.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing health strategies or programs.
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and telemedicine skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
