Your Job

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the Finance team in Katowice, Poland. This newly created role will lead the establishment of a European invoice-processing team and the transition of work to Katowice. You will create value by building team capability, enabling effective knowledge transfer, stabilizing service delivery, strengthening the invoice-to-pay process, and developing trusted partnerships across the business and our global hub locations. A successful leader in this role will bring with them a strong transformation mindset, a yearning to help others find new ways to solve old problems, and uses data to tell our story.

Our Team

Join a dynamic Accounts Payable team where Principle Based Management encourages collaboration, initiative, learning, and innovation. You will help shape a new team supporting our European invoice processing in Katowice while partnering closely with business partners, process owners, and other global hub teams.

This is an opportunity to lead through change, develop talent, improve how work gets done, and establish a stable operation positioned for continuous improvement, automation, and long-term value creation.

What You Will Do

  • Build, onboard, and develop a new European invoice-processing team in Katowice, establishing clear responsibilities, operating routines, performance expectations, and a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily invoice-to-pay operations, including team supervision, workflow and escalation management, accurate and timely invoice processing and payments, and documented operating guidelines.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and monitor service and operational performance, using data, trends, and root-cause analysis to clearly communicate risks, recommendations, and actions that improve quality, timeliness, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders, finance leaders, process owners, and global hub teams to align priorities, resolve issues, support cross-functional initiatives, and improve the end-to-end experience.
  • Lead with a transformation mindset by simplifying processes, applying automation and analytics, supporting ERP, reporting, and compliance projects, and helping the team adopt sustainable new ways of working.
  • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in invoice-to-pay or accounts payable operations, with a strong understanding of invoice processing, payment execution, controls, and service delivery.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and developing employees.
  • Experience leading or supporting a transition, team launch, knowledge-transfer effort, transformation, or other significant organizational change.
  • English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with a global team and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience building or onboarding a new team and stabilizing transferred work.
  • Experience leading accounts payable operations in a shared-services, business-services, or global hub environment.
  • Experience partnering with European businesses or supporting invoice processing across multiple European countries.
  • Experience with SAP, Coupa, Power BI, workflow tools, or GenAI technologies.
  • Experience using automation, standardization, and data insights to improve accounts payable performance and customer experience.
  • Project management experience supporting a large-scale transition or transformation.
  • Additional European language capability.
  • Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs. We seek to enable the best work environment that helps you and the business work together to produce superior results.
