ECT/NQT - (ASAP Start)

CERT Solutions are a family run 5* education agency that work with primary, secondary & SEN/SEMH schools across the West Midlands.

We are looking for ECT's to help support primary, secondary or SEN schools across Birmingham or Sandwell with daily, short term and long term or fixed term cover.

We have a number of vacancies currently available but we are also able to get your CV out to local schools in your area to find you a suitable position that matches your

requirements. We are here to help find you the most suitable role!

Daily supply work may appeal to individuals who are looking for a flexible work life balance as working on supply you can pick what days you are available each week. Whereas our longer term and fixed contract work is more for candidates who are able to commit to one school on an ongoing basis.

Furthermore, as an early careers teacher working via agency, it allows you to visit a few schools in your local area, gain more classroom experience and explore your preferences before commiting to something more long term/permanent.

The successful candidate will essentially have:

• Qualification: PGCE with QTS or equivalent
• Atleast 4 months of UK classroom experience
• Clear DBS on the update service (If not, a DBS can be applied for)
• Available between 2 to 5 days per week
• Willing to register with our agency to get work offers

Your responsibilities will be:

• To teach students to a high standard (this can be EYFS, Primary, Secondary or SEN classes based on your preferences)
• Follow the behavioural and safeguarding policies set by the school
• Some roles involve planning and marking responsibilities
