Job Description
BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with a leading Housing Association. The patch will cover Hammersmith area
- Dealing with anti social behaviour management
- Complaint responses and resoultion
- Complete annual visits
- Ensure residents and homes are safe by acting on repairs
Hours; 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
This is a hybrid role 4 days in Hammersmith area and 1 day from home
Contract- Temporary ongoing contract to start ASAP
Pay rate: £23.07 PAYE-£30.50 umbrella
