Our Client is looking for a Programme Manager to act as a central control point for delivery dependencies across Group IT-helping protect performance, strengthen governance, and improve planning across portfolios.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the identification, management, and governance of programme-level dependencies across Group IT projects

Drive mitigation planning with impacted teams to prevent schedule or cost deviation

Track risks, constraints, and delivery pressures, ensuring early visibility and prompt escalation where needed

Facilitate regular dependency and impact reviews throughout the lifecycle

Support delivery assurance by ensuring dependency-related risks are reflected in plans, stage gates, and governance materials

Partner closely with Engagement & Delivery Teams, Heads of Portfolio, Service Managers, Enterprise Architects, and PMs

Prepare concise executive reporting on dependency risks, impacts, and required decisions

Clear, insightful communication skills-able to turn complexity into executive-ready reporting

Strong analytical ability, with attention to detail and a collaborative, adaptable approach
