Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert hair cutting, styling, and colouring services for a diverse clientele.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, hair type, and desired outcomes.

• Specialize in advanced colour techniques, including balayage, ombré, highlights, and full colour changes.
• Ensure client satisfaction through meticulous service and attention to detail.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, cutting, and colouring techniques through continuous education.
• Build and foster strong client relationships, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification or apprenticeship completion in hairdressing.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a qualified Hair Stylist, with a strong focus on colour specialization.
• Expertise in all aspects of hair cutting, styling, and colouring for various hair types and textures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced colour correction and creative colouring techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult effectively.
• A creative flair and passion for the hair and beauty industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy appointment book.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, ZA , and commit to on-site service delivery.
