The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in:
- Building and growing strong relationships with schools and education professionals
- Managing the full recruitment process, from business development and sourcing to placing candidates in schools
- Winning new business through sales calls and face-to-face client visits
- Providing exceptional customer service, influencing and negotiating to secure the best outcomes
- Sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of trainee and junior consultants
This is a fast-paced, rewarding, target-driven role, ideal for someone with a proven track record in recruitment or sales. You’ll work efficiently, collaborate with colleagues and maintain a high level of professionalism.
As this role involves visiting schools across the region, a full UK driving licence is essential.
