Wet Room Fitter - Stoke-on-Trent
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Pay: £1,900 per completed wet room
Contract: Ongoing work on a 4.5-year programme
Requirements: Own van, tools and blue CSCS card
Think Recruitment are looking for an experienced Wet Room Fitter to carry out complete wet room installations across Stoke-on-Trent. You must be able to complete the full process independently, from rip-out through to final finishing.
Key Responsibilities
Rip out existing bathrooms, removing sanitaryware, tiles and redundant fittings.
Prepare the room and make good walls and affected surfaces.
Complete plumbing alterations, pipework and waste connections.
Install shower trays or formers, showers, toilets and basins.
Complete waterproofing and tanking where required.
Carry out wall tiling, grouting and silicone sealing.
Complete associated carpentry, boxing-in and finishing work.
Fit shower screens, grab rails and accessories as specified.
Check for leaks, complete snagging and leave the property clean and tidy.
No flooring, gas or electrical work is required.
Requirements
Proven experience completing full wet room installations, including rip-outs.
Able to complete all listed duties independently.
Own van and suitable tools.
Blue CSCS card.
Professional and considerate when working in residents' homes.
Individual fitters only - we cannot accept pairs.
